No 9 The Guest House Perth has recently been acquired by enthusiastic new owners who have renamed and rebranded it following several already successful years as a guest house at Pitcullen Crescent.  Our double, twin and single rooms are spacious and relaxing, offering comfortable  guest house accommodation in Perth.  Our bed and breakfast experience offers a superb Scottish breakfast full of wholesome, handmade , local, traditional ingredients . Our special attraction is the first class evening dining available and we also offer exclusive use to groups or parties who require a really special occasion.  No 9 The Guest House specialises in fishing, shooting, golf and outdoor activity parties who might wish to have exclusive use of our guest house and its special facilities such as a secure rod room, boot room and wet or drying room.

No 9 The Guest House Perth is an elegant semi-detached Victorian townhouse style guest house is on the A94 Perth-Coupar Angus road surrounded by fantastic landscapes, hills and views near to the River Tay Perth Racecourse and Scone Palace and Estates and conveniently situated only 10 minutes walk to the City Centre close to Perth Concert Hall and Perth Theatre; Perth Art Gallery and Museum; the Ferguson Gallery; Branklyn Gardens and the walks along the River Tay and North and South Inch.  Shopping in individual shops in the High Street, South Street and George Street or at McEwans Department Store makes for an interesting stay whilst The House of Bruar, Scotland’s famous shopping experience, is only a 40 minute drive travelling past Pitlochry on the way.

Perth enjoys good road, train and bus links being in a central position within Scotland and at the gateway to the Highlands and Islands and mountains with all they to offer – natural history, historical sites and castles, clan history and outdoor activities such as walking, mountaineering, golf, fishing, shooting and stalking.

Perth is a short distance from the Kingdom of Fife, St Andrews home of golf and all its attractions both coastal and inland and at only an hour by car from Edinburgh, Stirling, Dundee and Glasgow Perth has the advantage of being a city destination close to other city destinations.
