Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n

Accommodation available in Perth, Scotland, open all year.\u00a0 We prefer to\u00a0communicate directly with you about your requirements rather than offer an online booking service, which does not reflect flexibility.\u00a0 We can often\u00a0change to suit your needs eg make a double room into a twin room. \u00a0A double room is offered as a single when we can..<\/p>\n

Motorbike-friendly, with a secure lockable garage which can accommodate motorbikes when we can and bicycles all the time.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

We understand that your plans can change and we adapt where possible to work with you when this occurs.<\/p>\n

We are a small guest house however and cancellations at short notice leave us with vacant rooms and little opportunity to fill them.\u00a0 We \u00a0reserve the right at our discretion to charge full price for rooms which are cancelled or not taken up as agreed.\u00a0 It is hoped you will be able to alter the dates of your\u00a0visit and this does not apply if you rearrange to come to stay with us at a later date instead.<\/p>\n

Card payment details are taken to secure your booking and a deposit of 25% of the cost of your stay may be taken. Deposits are often refundable or transferable for cancellations prior to 48 hours before arrival. \u00a0For bookings of larger groups or longer stays deposits are refundable at our discretion..<\/p>\n

We accept payments by cash Sterling, cheque or by debit\/credit cards.\u00a0 Please note that payments by credit card can sometimes be subject to a 3% surcharge, as this charge is made to us by the card transaction company. \u00a0Debit card payments are not subject to this.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Check In and Check Out<\/strong><\/p>\n

Check in is from 1700-2100 hours on your day of arrival and check out is by 1000 hours on day of departure during the week, unless by prior arrangement. \u00a0Weekends are more flexible. \u00a0Breakfast is from 0700 – 0830 hours – there is some flexibility with prior arrangement.<\/p>\n
